Terms of Use (EULA)

These Terms of Use (also referred to as this "End User License Agreement" or "EULA") govern your access to and use of the someday mobile application and related services (collectively, "someday," "we," "us," or "our").

Before you can use someday, you must accept these terms when prompted on first sign-in. Continued use after we update these terms also constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, do not use someday.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use someday for your own lawful, non-commercial personal use.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from someday except as permitted by applicable law or with our written consent.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws. You may not impersonate others or use someday in a way that harms other users or third parties.

someday offers a free tier and a paid someday Pro subscription. Feature availability depends on your subscription status.

Unless you have an active someday Pro subscription, free accounts include a limited number of link imports. By default, free accounts receive three (3) link imports per calendar month (UTC). We may change free-tier limits, including switching between monthly and lifetime allowances, with reasonable notice where required.

If you previously used more imports than a newly applied lifetime limit, you will not lose access to places you already saved, but you may be unable to start new link imports until you upgrade or a new monthly allowance applies.

someday Pro is intended for normal personal use. Pro removes the free-tier import cap but remains subject to fair-use and technical rate limits described below.

Payments for someday Pro are processed by Apple. Subscription terms, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are also subject to Apple's terms and App Store policies.

To protect service quality, control costs, and prevent abuse, we apply automated limits on API usage and import activity. These limits may include per-hour, per-day, and per-month caps on import requests, polling, feedback submissions, and other high-cost actions.

Limits apply per account and may also apply at the network level. Exceeding a limit may result in temporary throttling (HTTP 429 responses) or delayed processing until the limit resets.

Fair use is enforced on a best-effort basis. Limits may change as the product evolves. They are not a guarantee of minimum or maximum throughput.

You may not use scripts, bots, bulk automation, or resold access to circumvent limits, scrape third-party platforms through someday, or impose unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

• Do not automate imports beyond personal, manual use patterns.
• Do not share account credentials or resell access to someday.
• Do not attempt to bypass billing, quota, or rate-limit controls.
• Do not use someday to harass, spam, or violate third-party platform terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit to someday, such as notes, lists, and reviews. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, display, and sync that content to provide the service.

When you submit third-party links (for example Instagram, TikTok, or Google Maps URLs), you represent that you have a lawful basis to access and import that content for personal use. Third-party platforms have their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not guarantee that every link can be imported successfully.

We may suspend or terminate access to someday if you violate these terms, abuse fair-use limits, engage in fraudulent activity, or create risk for someday, other users, or third parties.

You may stop using someday at any time and may delete your account where available in the app. Upon termination, your license to use someday ends, subject to any data retention described in our Privacy Policy.

someday is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that someday will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that imported place information will be complete or accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, someday and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of someday.

Our total liability for any claim relating to someday will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for someday Pro in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty US dollars (USD $50), except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the 'Last updated' date on this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.

Continued use of someday after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
